I personally use these words as a mantra of sorts when I’m feeling overwhelmed by thoughts, feelings or sensory sensitivities.

I can feel multiple emotions at the same time or

have multiple thoughts simultaneously,

I can be complex and complicated.

I can be wired differently and my senses may overwhelm me at times and cause pain.

This is a mantra of acceptance for people that are neurodiverse and can be likened to

saying “ I am who I am and that’s enough”
